Hardship Help Committee

Get help

We are here to support all members of EMS, no matter what agency or sector you belong to.

What we can do

The Hardship Help Committee is a mixture of peer support mentors, trained case managers and clinicians. EMSPAC is ready to handle a member's hardship case, provide peer-to-peer mentorship, or make referrals to mental health support and treatment.

  • Peer mentors available 24/7
  • Case managers who can help with a range of needs, including setting up fundraisers
  • Help is confidential
  • All cases are triaged and managed by professional staff — peer mentors, trained case managers and clinicians able to refer you to treatment and plans
If you need someone right now: call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 anywhere in the United States. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Case documents

If directed to do so by the Hardship Help Committee, print these out and return them to us completed. They are not fillable at this time.

Membership is free · No dues, no fees

Organize where you work.

EMSPAC is all-active-duty and all-volunteer. Joining is what lets us respond to hardships, push advocacy, and build a national organization around our demands.
